Production Process Flow

First, we customize high-precision metal molds according to product drawings to ensure stable molding of flange structure and dimensional accuracy. Then, premium aluminum alloy ingots are melted and purified to remove impurities and gas inside the molten aluminum, effectively avoiding casting defects. The molten aluminum flows steadily into the metal mold by gravity, realizing dense one-piece forming. After cooling and demolding, rough burrs are removed completely. For products requiring high strength and pressure resistance, professional T6 heat treatment is carried out to optimize mechanical properties.
